Who do I call for help?

1. If there are SAVAN equipment problems at the local detention facility contact the VINE Company at 1-877-NCSAVAN. (1-877-627-2826)

2. If a person has forgotten their pin code and they are receiving notifications on:

1. Inmate custody status, they should call the Governor's Crime Commission (GCC)at (919) 733-4564 or Department of Correction (DOC), Office of Victim Services at 1-866-719-0108.

2. Court case events, they should call their local District Attorney's Office.

3. If a person is getting SAVAN notification calls and did not register for notification on:

1. Inmate custody status they should call the GCC or DOC Victim Services.

2. Court case events, they are to call their local District Attorney's Office.

4. If a person wants to be removed from the SAVAN system and they are receiving notification calls on:

1. Inmate custody status they should call the GCC, or DOC Victim Services.

2. Court case events they should call their local District Attorney's Office.

5. If a person is having problems registering, SAVAN operators are available 24 hours a day seven days a week to assist victims. If more clarification on SAVAN features is requested they can access the SAVAN web page at www.ncsavan.org or contact the GCC.
